Wrapping paper outreach!

We did a great job.  I'm proud of all of your contributions.  I pray next year we will have an even bigger impact.  Everyone please be at the Dinner for the Starz 12/6/09  if you haven't already please R.S.V.P.  Call the office 623-934-4000 or email Dave Johnson to let him know to pass it on that you will be coming to the dinner.  This dinner is for all volunteers.  That includes all greetter staff.

Greeting this weekend.

We did a fabulous job in meeting our needs.  I would like to see everyone be at their stations 30minutes prior to service though.  That enables the early arrivers to be greeted as well. Thank you to all of you that have called, and advised me you was going to be out, and thanks to all that have given advanced notice of their absence.  This is much appreciated.  It allows me time to find fill ins!

I think that this is just awesome.  We will meet once a month, fellowship, get caught up on business, and plan events such as outreaches and fun events as well.

2 meetings this week.

I have a meeting with the new person overseeing the hospitality ministry Saturday, and there is gonna be a meeting for all hospitality volunteers Sunday at 11:30am. Please see the bulittin.

Last weekend was awesome!

We had such a wonderful turn out of greeters!  Thank you to everyone!  Saturday was a bit lax.  We had a lot of folks that just didn't show up for whatever reason, but we were blessed!  We had people that stepped up to greet even though it wasn't their month to greet.  What a team effort!  Thank you again to all of you!
